Achieving
“hassle-free maintenance”
for wiring work
Due to chronic labor shortages, device production sites are required not only to improve efficiency but also to reduce downtime and maintenance time during operation. In this respect, connectors used for device wiring are effective components for improving production efficiency, but they can be time-consuming to maintain.
OMRON contributes to reducing the burden at production sites with its connectors that enable “hassle-free maintenance” with a focus not only on production efficiency but also on maintenance work at the sites.

- In the case of pressure welding type, the entire unit must be replaced if a wire breaks, which not only takes time and effort to arrange for replacement, but also requires disposal as industrial waste
- Special tools (crimping and pressure welding) are required
