OMRON Electronic Components LLC's President & Chief Operating Officer will Change Starting FY24

OMRON Electronic Components LLC (President & Chief Operating Officer: Jeff Rogers, hereinafter, “OCB-AM”) announced today that changes of the President and Chief Operating Office. Rogers will retire on June 30, 2024 and his successor will be Judy Connors, currently OCB-AM Vice President of Customer Operations and Finance. Connors will begin the new role in conjunction with the start of OMRON’s new fiscal year on April 1, 2024, with Rogers staying on in an advisory role until the end of June to assist with the leadership transition.

Connors has worked for OMRON Electronic Components-Americas for six years and is the current Vice President of Customer Operations and Finance. An executive with more than twenty years of experience, Connors looks forward to achieving OMRON’s “Shaping the Future 2030” goals. But first, Connors expressed sincere admiration for her predecessor.

“Jeff’s legacy as an outstanding leader, mentor, and staunch advocate for our organization will undoubtedly be cherished and celebrated for many years to come, as his impact transcends the walls of OMRON,” Connors said. “I am honored and deeply committed to preserving the legacy of leadership, collaboration and innovation that characterizes our organization.”

Rogers’ career at OMRON spans four decades, and he made his mark in various sales and distribution roles before taking over as President and COO in 2014.

“I have been blessed to have found OMRON many years ago, and I am sincerely grateful for not only the exceptional work we have done together, but the many relationships I have developed along the way, both within our company and in the electronics industry. I’ll miss the people the most,” Rogers said. “There’s never a right time to retire. But I think it’s a good time, as our company is in great shape and I know our future is very bright with Judy Connors leading the organization. “
