What are bouncing problems for a basic switch?
Bouncing can cause electrical opening and closing multiple times, resulting in shorter electrical life. In the case of electrical signal output, several to dozens of signals may be output per switching.
In the case of high-capacity switching, bouncing may cause the same phenomenon as several times of electrical switching for just one electrical opening or closing, and the switching energy consumes the contacts and shortens the electrical life. For electrical signal output, considerations for the circuit (e.g. detection threshold setting and exclusion of bounce time) are required. In particular, the faster the operation speed, the longer the bouncing time.
Extremely Fast Operating Speeds:
The COM contact bounces due to vibration and shock.
Incorrect signals are output and mechanical stress causes damage.
