MEMS Differential Pressure Sensor D6F-PH

Assortment ONBOARD

Can contribute to "ventilation monitoring," a growing area of need

Ventilation is becoming increasingly important as part of infection control measures. However, ventilation with a fan does not mean monitoring of the positive/negative pressure status and ventilation rate. Differential pressure sensor D6F-PH allows both "positive/negative pressure" and "ventilation rate" monitoring.

D6F-PH

Isolation rooms are kept at a negative pressure to prevent the external spread of viruses.

Positive/negative pressure monitoring

Application example: Micro differential pressure gauge, positive/negative pressure management system

The differential pressure in the main flow path is measured through a bypass connection.

Ventilation monitoring

Application example: Ventilation system

The D6F-PH differential pressure sensor is now available as a connector type that does not require a sensor board.
